The hotel has a fantastic location in Prague 1 district, close to the boulevard. the bed in the queen room was soft and comfortable. the staff were adorable and really awesome. the customer service was incredible, and there is parking nearby.

The staff at the reception desk are super-friendly and accommodating. the rooms are tidy and brand-new with coffee and a safe box. - It is easy to travel around from the hotel, as it is a short walk from a subway station.

The service was very good, including a massive and delicious breakfast with delicious cakes and free internet connection. the queen room was bright, it had a refrigerator, climate control, and a mini-bar. - the staff were efficient and available day and night.

There were large beds and a refrigerator, climate control and a mini-bar inside the room. The breakfast was sensational and delicious, the food was nice. It was in a perfect and wonderful location with Wenceslas Square nearby...

The location of this place is perfect for visiting a wonderful museum nearby.

The breakfast was massive. the room was well-appointed and modern, with air conditioning. A refrigerator, climate control, and a mini-bar were available. the staff was competent and provided helpful information. the Mustek tube station was only a 5-minute walk away.

Ideal and fairly clean place with efficient and best staff at the reception desk. New-fashioned and tidy rooms with a nice bathroom, a huge comfortable bed and nice views. Amazing and unbeatable location, an easy walk to a central state museum.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-equipped room at Ea Hotel Downtown. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. I especially appreciated the convenient location, with the metro station nearby for easy transportation. Despite a small issue with the air conditioning not working, the overall experience was great. The attentive staff quickly addressed any concerns and provided excellent service. The free wifi was also a big plus, allowing me to stay connected with multiple devices. I had a positive experience at Ea Hotel Downtown and would recommend it to others.

We didn’t feel very welcome because the first question was to pay a deposit of 100 euro in case we have used the mini bar or damaged the room. The air-conditioning was broken down in the hole hotel. The lady at the reception promised us that they were working very hard to solve the problem, but the air-conditioning did not work even after 5 days and we didn’t see any technician. We are sure that the air-conditioning was shut down in total to save money, because we were not in the high season (May). Because of this, we had to sleep with the windows open. The hotel is situated at one of the main roads of Praag, 4 lanes wide. So we didn’t sleep at all because of the traffic en the gasses. A pity, because the hotel is well situated and all the points of interest can be reached by walking. The room was big, clean an everything seems to be new. Also the breakfast buffet was very good. But, what is the benefit of a hotel room when you can’t sleep because of the heath or the noise and gasses. This hotel is not worth the 4 stars.

Breakfast was good. Enough choice of different kind. Close to Wencenslav square and the main train station (15 mins walk). Clean towels.

I had the room on the fifth floor. The elevator which is veeeery slow goes upto 4th the floor only. So, I had to carry my luggage (no help from personnel) on the staircase. Roof windows overlooked the busy and noisy street. Hardly figured out how to open them. The shower basin was not cleaned during my stay (2 nights). Although the bathroom was attended. I am used to more smiley personnel. Although, the receptionist were helpful. The building seems quite old. Although the furniture was quite good.

Convenient location for city center, clean rooms, decent breakfast, good work table, reliable wifi, always available receptionist.

Sincerely, it was a fantastic stay during my weekend in Prague. I had exceptionally nice room specifically for the air conditioning.
